Each person receives 1 large and 1 small towel, and 1 bath mat.

Are the beds made upon arrival?
Yes.

Is smoking allowed in the glamping tent?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the glamping tents.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed in the glamping tents.

I forgot something in the glamping tent. What should I do?
Send us an email (info@parkhoeve.com) with what you’ve lost, and we’ll check our lost and found.

What facilities are available?

What time can I check in?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.

No, the wellness facilities are only available to guests of the holiday home.

Are the tents equipped with air conditioning?
Yes, the glamping tents have air conditioning and heating.

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is a large free parking area on our property.

Can we rent bikes?

Can I safely store my own bike?
Yes, you can store your bike in the bike shed. Please let us know before arrival so we can give you the code for the key.

Is the glamping tent location suitable for visiting attractions and activities?

Can I get an invoice?
Let us know in advance, and we’ll provide an invoice.

Is someone present at check-in and check-out?
No, a few days before arrival you’ll receive a code via email and WhatsApp to access your key.

Is the glamping tent cleaned, or do I have to do it myself?
We only ask you to:

Empty the bins and sort waste into the containers next to the barn

Do and put away the dishes

Is staff present?
One of our team members may occasionally pass by, mainly to maintain the garden, carry out essential repairs or administration.

Can I charge my car at Parkhoeve?
No, this is not allowed. Our power outlets are not suitable and could cause power outages or damage.
If a car is found to have been charged, a €100/day fine will be charged after the stay.

Do we need to bring coffee?
Each glamping tent has a Nespresso machine. There are 4 pods per tent, with milk, sugar, and tea provided.

Can I leave my waste at Parkhoeve?
Yes, as long as it is properly sorted and placed in the correct bags and containers.
Containers are located next to the large barn. Please sort as follows:

Plastic, metal, and drink cartons: in the blue PMD bag in the blue container

Residual waste: in the grey household waste bag in the grey container
